Overview
The theme today is evangelism. Evangelism tries to marry Word with Deed. If evangelism is to offer hope to the world, then our words and deeds need to be that hope. Persuasive power to the Christian message lies in the harmony between the proclamation of the message and the life of the one who proclaims it. A part of the evangelism problem in today’s church is not the message, but the messengers.

Jesus asks us to bear witness to the reality of God’s kingdom and God’s rule over our lives. In today’s scripture Jesus sent out seventy-two and they returned with joy. Let us then joyously love God and SHOW IT to others letting God speak through us!
