For more than a century, January 18-25 has been set aside as the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. The World Council of Churches has set the 2017 theme of Reconciliation – The Love of Christ Compels Us (2 Corinthians 5:14-20).  “¹⁹God was reconciling the world to himself through Christ, by not counting people’s sins against them.  He has trusted us with this message of reconciliation.”_CEB

The Southeast Huntsville Ministerial Association, which has representatives from many area congregations, will conduct a Christian Unity Service on Sunday, January 22 at 6:00 pm at All Saints Lutheran Church.  Father Phil O’Kennedy from Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church will be the speaker.
