Chancel Choir
The First Christian Church Chancel Choir serves as a vital part of the church’s worship ministry, leading the congregation in song and helping to create meaningful, spirit-filled worship experiences each week. Through a diverse repertoire of sacred music, the choir seeks to glorify God, inspire the congregation, and foster a deeper sense of community within the church.
Open to all who wish to share their voices in praise, the Chancel Choir welcomes singers of all experience levels who have a heart for worship and fellowship. In addition to leading music during Sunday services, the choir often presents special music for seasonal services and events throughout the year such as Advent & Easter.
Rehearsals are held Thursdays from 6:00–7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 8:30–9:15 a.m. in the choir room, located on the ground floor. All are invited to join in making a joyful noise together in service to God and the church community by reaching out to the Director of Music, Tucker Ratcliff, at tucker@fcc-hsv.org
