Sermon Theme:         God will not keep us waiting, our prayers will be answered, and in many cases, we are the answer to these prayers.  The widow, in the lesson from Luke, was not silent in the face of injustice, she cried out; she wore the judge down.  Where are our cries, how do we seek justice in a land where all too often it seems to be extinct?  How do we support the widows and orphans in our culture, are we an answer to their prayers?  We are called to share the mercy and the justice of God with the world through the teaching and power of Christ.
