First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, Huntsville, Alabama is searching for a Youth Director to direct, manage and grow our Chi Rho program 6^th – 8^th grade and Christian Youth Fellowship program 9^th -12th. Qualifications should include: experience with organizing youth activities that encourage and facilitate the youth’s faith journey, a deep love of Christ, a dynamic personality that will engage our youth, willingness to reach out to youth in our community, and innovative ideas for our youth program. 20-30 hours a week will be required to organize and facilitate activities for our youth program. Candidate will be required to attend Sunday worship service and Sunday afternoon activities. Also, should be available to attend youth camps in the summer for Chi Rho and CYF.
