Sermon Title:             Mission Interrupted

Sermon Theme:         All too often we believe that we are prisoners of our past stuck in lives that seem to be in slow motion spinning out of control.  We are defined by the circumstances and consequences of the present and look to the future with fear and trembling.  We are like the mourners outside the door; we think we know the end of the story.  We forget that Jesus has the power to restore us and bring order and hope to our existence.  The touch of Jesus knows no bounds; it goes beyond cultural taboos, worldly law and even death.
