First Christian Church is hosting an ecumenical service called, “The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity”, sponsored by the Huntsville Southeast Clergy group on Sunday, January 17, at 5:30 p.m. The theme for the 2016 Week of Prayer for Christian Unity comes from Jesus’ words in the Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 5:13 and 14, “You are the salt of the earth,” and “You are the light of the world.”
