Sermon Title:             The Greatest Commandment

Sermon Theme:         Jesus’ message of love was so threatening to the leaders of that time that they had to kill the messenger.  But this ideal of love is a radical message; it is life changing and life affirming.  This kind of love calls us to sacrifice for the good of others, overcome our fear and aversion to what makes us uncomfortable, and live in the image of Christ.  What commandment is the greatest?  The command to love.
