Sermon:                      Beyond the Noise

Sermon Theme:         Often, our own preconceptions of where God is and where we can hear our Creator, blocks the message that God sends.  It is only when we turn off the noise and turn over our souls to the peace of God; it is only when we listen to those things or people we normally would just pass by, that we hear God speaking to us, and our lives are never the same.

As they left the mountain Jesus told the disciples not to tell anyone else what they saw or heard, as if anyone would have believed them.  It was not the time to share this message.  But Christ has gone to the cross; we celebrate his resurrection every Sunday.  Now it is the time to share this message!
