Sermon:                      A Chance to Bear Fruit

Sermon Theme: We will encounter evil in our lives and sometimes the strain and sorrow of life will take us to our limits.  But that is where God steps in, that is where Jesus’ love encourages us, and that is when the Holy Spirit empowers us to do what is right.  “One more chance to bear fruit,” says Jesus, “One more opportunity to grow and to change, one more call to repentance and action.”  We are being tended by the patient gardener, now we have to ask ourselves if we are ready to bloom.
