Sermon Theme:         Through our baptism, we become the sons and daughters of the Creator, the brothers and sisters of Christ, commissioned by the Holy Spirit to go forth into the world and share the good news that has saved and transformed us.  We are the messengers of God’s mercy, called to live in communion with the poor and the oppressed, care for the abused and frightened, comfort those who are hurting and bring light to those who live in darkness.
