Sermon Title: Not Taking No for an Answer
Sermon Theme: Would we have overlooked the Canaanite woman or asked Jesus to move on? Have we already overlooked her, or have we been her? As believers we cannot overlook anyone. The grace of God refuses to be held captive by our fear, distrust, or self-doubt. Instead we are called to see the face of Christ in everyone, even ourselves, and welcome all into a community of faith that shares the love of God we know in Jesus. It is only then that we can be healed, restored, and readied to move forward in faith.
