Sermon:                      Overcoming All Obstacles

Sermon Theme:         God knew us from the first and set us on the path, giving us the freedom to choose, but surrounding us with love.  Armed with this knowledge we can face the future with hope and confidence, knowing that the Lord of all Creation, the one who has control of everything, is for us, not against us.  There, laid bare, is the basis of our confidence: the surety of God’s love and grace now and forevermore, but also the understanding that with this confidence comes responsibility.  We must share our faith with others, welcome them into this community of love and grace, and let them know that they too can have confidence that God will always be with them.
