Sermon Theme:         In the scripture passage for today Paul proposes something that is difficult, if not impossible.  Creating the unity that exists in God is not something we can do alone, but this is why Paul continued to proclaim the power of Christ.  He was crucified for us, he is the one who provides salvation, and he is the one who not only gives us the model, but the very essence of unity for the Church.  All we have to do is hear, accept, and act upon this gift.
